Aaron Finch, AIF®, CRPS®
CEO / financial advisor
Aaron’s 20-year career has been centered around retirement plans. He is well-equipped with knowledge in making sound, trustworthy decisions. He enjoys articulating complex topics in simplified terms to encourage confidence and financial literacy.
-
Aaron has been in the finance industry since 2004 and FINRA licensed since 2005. He has focused on corporate retirement plans for all 20 years.
Over the past 15 years he’s won numerous awards for his sales results as a Retirement Plan Wholesaler working for two of the largest providers in the industry. He has seen how this industry works, from the inside, and knows how to navigate any challenge a client might face.
He has earned both the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary), and the CRPS® (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist) designations.
About the AIF® designation: Designees can demonstrate that they have met educational, competence, conduct and ethical standards to carry out a fiduciary standard of care and serve the best interests of their clients.
About the CRPS® Designation: As retirement plan options evolve and tax complexity increases, many companies seek professional plan administrators to design, install, and maintain their company retirement plans. Firms, non-profits, and government organizations of all sizes recognize the unique skills needed to implement and oversee these internal retirement plans. Earning the CRPS® designation demonstrates the presence of those skills.
Aaron’s true passion is helping others. In 2023 his life-long dream of being an entrepreneur became a reality when he founded Oakley Financial, a Christian-based, family-owned Investment Advisory firm.
This firm was founded on the principal that all Americans have an inherent right to understand what it takes to retire comfortably and should be offered a clear road map on how to achieve that dream.
